About Ustadh
I have been teaching Arabic for over six years, and I especially enjoy working with complete beginners, as well as students learning Arabic for religious purposes or who want to speak more naturally. I teach Modern Standard Arabic, Quranic Arabic, Tajweed, and Quran recitation and memorization, and I hold an Ijazah in Quran and a certificate in Tajweed. In my lessons, I ask questions that guide you to discover answers yourself, and when you make a mistake, I help you notice and correct it on your own. I pay close attention to pronunciation and letter articulation, and I keep the pace balanced so you feel comfortable and never rushed. I love simplifying difficult things, and I value building a long-term learning relationship with every student. I can also explain in English when needed.
