Nodarris

Terms & Conditions

The rules that govern learning with Nodarris: how cycles are paid for, how rescheduling works, what happens when you or your teacher cannot attend, and when money comes back to you.

1. Paying for your lessons

Each 4-week cycle is paid for once, upfront. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge — nothing is ever billed again unless you choose to pay again.

2. The rule behind every refund

A lesson that has been taught, or that you missed, is finished — it is never refunded. Refunds only ever cover lessons you have not taken yet.

3. Your weekly slot

Your teacher and your time slot are reserved for you every week. They are never sold to anyone else, and your teacher is paid for that time whether or not you attend.

4. If you cannot attend

Reschedule from your dashboard at least 24 hours before the lesson. Rescheduling costs one cancellation token, and we place the replacement lesson for you automatically. Inside the last 24 hours, rescheduling closes.

5. If you miss a lesson

Your teacher waits 15 minutes. After that, the lesson is marked complete and your teacher is paid. The lesson is used up: it is not replaced, not refunded, and no token comes back. Cancelling inside the last 24 hours counts the same way. If you arrive late — but within 15 minutes — the lesson still ends at its scheduled time.

6. If your teacher does not attend

Message your teacher and wait 15 minutes. If they do not appear, report the lesson from your dashboard. Once the report is confirmed, the lesson goes back into your schedule at no token cost and we credit you one extra token. Your teacher is not paid for it. You are never charged for our side of the problem.

7. One goodwill restoration

Life happens. On request, we will restore one missed lesson per student every 12 months. The restoration is granted at our discretion; it is not automatic.

8. Repeated absence

If you miss 3 lessons within 8 weeks, we will contact you to review whether your current schedule still works. Continued absence may result in your recurring slot being released at the end of the cycle.

9. Changing your teacher

You can request another teacher from your dashboard. One cancellation token is used only when a suitable replacement teacher and schedule are successfully secured. Ask for a different teacher before asking for your money back — almost every problem is a matching problem.

10. If we cannot give you a teacher

Sometimes the problem is ours: your teacher leaves, or we withdraw them. We will try to secure a suitable replacement teacher while preserving your schedule.

If we have no suitable teacher for your schedule, we refund every lesson you have not yet taken, with no deductions, at any point in your subscription. That is our failure, not yours.

11. When refunds are due

Your first cycle. If Nodarris is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund every lesson you have not taken — in full, no fee, no arguing about reasons, wherever you live. Once per student.

Renewals. After your first cycle, we refund a cycle only if you have not taken a single lesson from it and you ask within 28 days of the payment. Each request is reviewed individually.

Always refunded. Duplicate payments, and money taken for a cycle we never started.

12. When lessons expire

Unused tokens and forfeited lessons do not carry into the next cycle. Valid replacement lessons created through rescheduling may take place within the 5-week maximum rescheduling window.

13. What is never refunded

  • Lessons already taught.
  • Lessons you missed or cancelled inside 24 hours.
  • Expired lessons.
  • Unused tokens.
  • Promotional and referral discounts.

Tokens and discounts have no cash value.

14. How to request a refund

Email support@nodarris.com with your registered email address and your PayPal transaction ID or bank transfer reference. We reply with a decision within 5 business days.

  • Paid by PayPal: refunded to the same account, usually 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Paid by bank transfer: refunded to the account it came from. Transfer and conversion costs come out of the refund, and we tell you the exact amount first.

All amounts are calculated in US dollars. What reaches your account depends on your bank's exchange rate.

15. Before you dispute a payment

Talk to us first — we would rather fix it than fight it. Accounts with an open bank or PayPal dispute are paused until the dispute closes.

16. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
