Privacy Policy
What Nodarris collects, how we use it, the companies that process it for us, and how to reach us about your data — including access and deletion requests.
What we collect
Account details. Your name, email address, phone number, country, timezone, profession, gender, and your starting Arabic level. If you sign in with Google, we also store your Google account identifier.
Your learning record. Your trial and subscription history, lesson schedule and attendance, assessments, and progress reports from your teacher.
Payment records. Your subscription payments, PayPal transaction IDs and — for offline payments — your bank transfer reference and the receipt you upload.
How you found us. The referral code and campaign details of your first and latest visit, used to run the referral programme and understand what works.
How we use it
- To match you with a compatible teacher and schedule your lessons.
- To take payments and process refunds.
- To send you service email — booking confirmations, lesson reminders, renewal alerts.
- To run the referral programme and credit referrals correctly.
- To keep the service working and secure.
Companies that process data for us
- PayPal — payment processing and refunds.
- GoHighLevel — our customer relationship system; it delivers the service email you receive.
- Zoom — lessons take place over Zoom, using meeting links provided by your teacher.
- Google — signing in with Google, and Google Analytics 4 for measuring how the site is used (only after you accept cookies).
- Cloudflare R2 — file storage, for example the receipts uploaded for offline payments.
- Resend — sending our transactional email.
- Sentry — error monitoring, so we can spot and fix problems.
Security
The service runs over HTTPS. Payments run through PayPal or by direct bank transfer — Nodarris never asks you for card details. When something goes wrong, errors are reported to Sentry so we can fix it.
Retention and deletion
When an account is deleted, subscription and lesson history is retained for financial and audit purposes. The personal details that identify you — name, phone number, email address, nationality/country, profession — are nullified or anonymised on your user record. Gender is retained on historical records only where it is required for commission and audit integrity.
Your data, and how to reach us
To see the data we hold about you, correct it, or ask for deletion, email support@nodarris.com from your registered address. These requests are handled by our support team today; self-service export and deletion tooling is planned for a later phase.
Learners under 18
Nodarris is age-neutral in this phase: we do not collect your full date of birth, we do not reject registration based on age, and we do not offer child- or teen-specific features or journeys. Obligations that may apply when learners under 18 use the service — including guardian consent — are under legal review.
