One-Year Consistency Challenge (12 Consecutive Cycles) terms
Version: 2026-11-05
The One-Year Consistency Challenge (12 Consecutive Cycles) is a promotion for students who complete 12 consecutive eligible paid cycles — whatever their length — without losing a lesson through their own fault and without a subscription lapse. A cycle is a block of lessons paid for upfront; each one runs until its last scheduled lesson ends, and replacement lessons can make it longer.
1. Joining the Challenge
You can join only while the enrollment window is open, by explicitly accepting these terms at checkout. This applies to your first purchase, a renewal, or a purchase after a lapse. A Nodarris administrator sets the platform-wide opening and closing dates and may change them. The checkout opt-in and public offer appear only while the window is open, with a link to these terms and the closing date. Outside that window, they are hidden; these terms remain available.
The cycle you buy when you opt in becomes Cycle 1. We record your acceptance time, this terms version and that first cycle. If you start your payment while the window is open and it succeeds after the window closes, your enrollment still stands.
You may hold only one active or suspended Challenge enrollment at a time. If your earlier enrollment has failed, is awaiting verification, has been rewarded or has been rejected, you may join again at checkout during any open enrollment window, including the same window or a later one. Every enrollment starts again at Cycle 1, and you can complete the Challenge more than once.
2. Keeping your enrollment on track
The Challenge is met by 12 consecutive eligible paid cycles, whatever their length. A cycle ends when its last scheduled lesson ends, replacement lessons included. Your own reschedules can stretch a cycle to about five weeks; teacher cancellations and other Nodarris-caused replacements are not limited and can take a cycle past five weeks — its renewal deadline moves with it. The Challenge counts cycles, not calendar weeks.
A cycle is eligible when there is no lapse and no lesson lost through your own fault — a confirmed student no-show or a cancellation inside 24 hours of the lesson’s start.
Renewal opens 7 days before the final lesson of your running cycle ends. We email you reminders 3 days and 1 day before it ends. There is no automatic renewal. You must pay for the next cycle yourself, before that final lesson ends — there is no grace period, and no renewal by then is a lapse that fails the enrollment. A renewal payment you complete before the deadline stays valid even if its confirmation reaches us later — a pending payment review or a delayed webhook — because the time you completed the payment is what counts.
The enrollment belongs to you, not to a particular teacher or weekly schedule. Any valid lesson frequency qualifies; you may increase or decrease your lessons per week without failing the Challenge.
To renew at a new frequency, keep the same teacher and choose a new recurring schedule with the same number of days as your new weekly frequency, subject to the teacher’s availability. The published lesson rate card applies. The new cycle starts where the current cycle ends, continues the same routine and resets your cancellation tokens to the new weekly frequency. Changing teacher at renewal is not part of this frequency-change option; a teacher change does not itself fail the Challenge.
3. What fails the Challenge — and what does not
Your enrollment fails if:
- You lose a lesson in a counted cycle because of a confirmed student no-show or a cancellation inside 24 hours of its start.
- Your subscription lapses between counted cycles — no renewal paid before the final lesson of a cycle ends — even for one day.
- A refund cancels one of your counted cycles, such as a first-cycle refund or a refund for a cycle that never started. The exception is any refund made because we cannot provide a suitable teacher: your enrollment is suspended rather than failed, and a fully refunded cycle does not count.
- A dispute on a counted payment is resolved against Nodarris before verification — a lost chargeback.
Rescheduling with a cancellation token under the normal rules, at least 24 hours before the lesson, does not fail the Challenge. The replacement lesson must ultimately be completed or resolved by a Nodarris administrator before verification.
When your teacher cancels a paid lesson, the lesson moves automatically to the next free slot in your own weekly schedule — you never schedule the replacement yourself and you never lose the lesson. Teacher cancellations, teacher no-shows, Nodarris-caused replacements and teacher changes never count against you. A partial refund that keeps the cycle does not fail the Challenge; it reduces the Challenge reward.
If we cannot give you a suitable teacher, your enrollment is suspended, not failed. A Nodarris administrator records it. The cycles you had already counted stay counted, a fully refunded cycle does not count, and your enrollment resumes when an administrator records that a suitable teacher is available again. This kind of suspension is not a lapse and never fails the Challenge by itself.
An open payment dispute suspends assessment; it never fails the Challenge by itself. A Nodarris administrator records a dispute as open, and while it is open the disputed cycle is not complete. If the dispute is resolved in Nodarris’s favour, the cycle stays eligible and your enrollment continues. If it is resolved otherwise before verification — a lost chargeback — your enrollment fails.
Failure is assessed from the current lesson records. If a Nodarris administrator corrects a wrongly recorded outcome so that the failure did not happen, your enrollment is restored. This is different from the discretionary missed-lesson restoration: that goodwill exception, available on request at Nodarris’s discretion once per student per rolling 12 months, accepts that the miss happened and does not undo a Challenge failure.
4. Tracking and verification
Your dashboard shows “Cycle n of 12”, the renewal deadline that keeps your enrollment alive and what fails it. This card remains available to enrolled students even outside an enrollment window. We track whether your enrollment is active, suspended, failed or awaiting verification. A failure includes its reason and the lesson or lapse that caused it.
Enrollment, failure (with the reason) and Challenge reward approval each have a separate email notification, enabled by default. Renewal reminders for enrolled students include the deadline to stay in the Challenge.
Your enrollment awaits verification only after Cycle 12’s final lesson has ended and every replacement lesson owed within the 12 counted cycles has been completed or resolved by a Nodarris administrator. A cycle under an open dispute is complete only when the dispute is resolved in Nodarris’s favour. Reaching the last cycle does not trigger an automatic payment.
A Nodarris administrator checks your payments, renewals, lessons and calculated Challenge reward, then approves it with an off-platform payment reference or rejects it with a reason. Both decisions are recorded so they can be reviewed.
5. The Challenge reward and how it is paid
On verified completion, you receive one Challenge reward: a separate, conditional promotional payment for your 12 counted cycles — not a refund. It is calculated in US dollars. For each counted cycle, we take what you actually paid after any code discount and subtract anything already refunded on that payment. We do not deduct the PayPal or other payment-provider fee. For a confirmed Offline Order (a payment you complete off-platform), we use the confirmed amount. We add those amounts across all 12 counted cycles; amounts already refunded are not paid twice.
Nodarris funds the entire Challenge reward. It is recorded separately from ordinary refunds and never reduces teacher earnings or affiliate commission on the counted payments.
An administrator verifies and pays the reward within 30 days of the 12th eligible cycle completing — a cycle under an open dispute counts as complete only when it is resolved in Nodarris’s favour, so the 30 days start only then. The reward is paid manually, off-platform, not as an automatic checkout or PayPal refund. The administrator records the amount, payment method, reference and payment date in the app.
6. Your ordinary refund rights and support
The Challenge reward is a promotional payment, not a refund and not an exception to the rule that a taught or missed lesson is never refunded. Ordinary refunds stay governed by the ordinary Refund Policy, which is otherwise unchanged. Failing the Challenge means no Challenge reward is owed; it does not remove any ordinary refund rights you already have. Normal lesson and subscription policies still apply.
Read the Terms & Conditions, including the Refund Policy and No-Show Policy. Nothing in these Challenge terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
